You are probably surprised by my son’s breakfast choice. Yes, he loves whole grain spaghetti with marinara sauce in the morning. At first I did not want to cook this kind of breakfast. I tried to tell him that this dish is better for lunch than for breakfast. Besides, I thought it would take so much time to cook in the morning.

After some begging from my son, I gave it a try and made him his desired breakfast. I was surprised how quick and easy it was to cook. Besides, when I thought about the ingredients, I realized how healthy and useful this kind of breakfast is.

The whole grain pasta is very high and rich in protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. It helps our kids to increase their brainpower and attention during class. Moreover, this kind of breakfast boosts their energy and helps our kids to be healthy and active.

What You Need

Angel hair whole grain spaghetti, as much as your kid wants to eat

Organic marinara sauce

Shredded Parmesan cheese on top

How to Make It

Boil water in a medium pot. Add spaghetti and let it boil for only 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat and strain it.

Leave cooked spaghetti in the pot and add organic marinara, as much as your kid likes. Stir it together.

Move delicious spaghetti onto a plate and add some Parmesan cheese on top.

Believe me, your kid will be happy and surprised how yummy and tasty breakfast is. You see, generally it takes only 5 minutes to make this solid, full of healthy elements breakfast.
